Phat Motorsports supports Team 15 with a house car custom designed for Justin McNeill, a racer that started his career in trucks, and moved up to latemodels.  McNeill’s driving career has included a track championship at what was formerly known as Merritt Speedway on I-55 near Houghton Lake / Lake City, Michigan, along with many feature event wins at various tracks.
